Permission for adjusting Workflow Steps of a not assigned Activity

Hi,
following question:
We setup the permission group "B1_Engineer" and setup permissions and UI_config so engineers can only adjust assigned activities and not book efforts/materials/mileages on not assigned activities.

That works well so far, but it is still possible to adjust the workflow steps of an activity assigned to a different engineer.

I was not able to find the proper permission for that.
Any idea?

Hi Alex,

you could check in the User Policy Group the permissions for SERVICEASSIGNMENTSTATUS and adjust there the Permissions to create:OWN ; read:ALL; update:OWN; delete: NONE - hope this helps.

it's already set up like that.

But this does not help to provide an engineer updating the workflow steps of another engineers assignment.
