Performing action on a delegated node bopf

Hi Experts,

I want to create charges for a freight order from report. If I am correct I have to perform action(ADD_NEW_CHARGE_ELEMENT) of the delegated BO /SCMTMS/TCC_TRNSP_CHRG. How to achieve this?

Hi. An alternative is create the charge_element line using 'Service Manager->Modify( )'.
