Perform Credit check using Order quantity

Hello Experts,

We are on SFIN with FSCM Credit Management. Currently, we have Credit check using confirmed quantity which is the Std. SAP process. We would like to use Order quantity for credit check. I came across SAP Note 751044 released in 2004.

I have few questions

1) Is there any recent Note (after 751044), more relevant for SFIN system ?

2) Before SFIN, we could activate the 3 User Exits (mentioned in Note 751044) in OVA8. After SFIN, OVA8 does not seem to support this anymore. How do we activate the Exits in SFIN ?
