Penalty costs for Early pick up in SAP S/4 HANA TM On premise

Hello,

I need to set up penalty costs for premature pick up in S/4 HANA TM On premise.

How to do it and how premature pick up is done in SAP TM. I cant understand anything from help.sap.com since it does not explain how it is actually done and there is no blogs explaining the same.

Can someone explain by means of an example and screenshots pls ?
