PDS usable only with Adjusted Production in IBP for Response & Supply

Dear All,

I would like to share with you this requirement in the IBP Response & Supply (Order-Based Planning area).

The requirement is:

• Having an additional PDS (Production Data Structure) for a product, not taken in account by the Capacity levelling algorithm ("Confirmation Run"), but usable only on demand with “Adjusted Production” (ADJUSTEDPRODRECEIPTPDS).
  So, for example, 3 PDS : 2 “automatically” enhanced by the Capacity levelling algorithm (maintained with different Priority) and 1 not included in the Capacity Levelling Algorithm but usable only on demand with “Adjusted Production” (ADJUSTEDPRODRECEIPTPDS).

Do you have any idea?
Is it may possible to have a priority equal to “null” or “ – 1,000” for this “Manual PDS”?

Hi Vivek,

you can achieve this by maintaining a low SOS Priority and adjusted production key figure value of 0.

With that the confirmation run will not use this PDS.

Planners can maintain adjusted production key figures -> PDS will be used by the next confirmation run.
