PDF preview does not trigger an option to print

Hello everyone, I had gone through similar cases but haven't found solution for my specific case.

ME32N -> print preview -> goto -> PDF print preview gives me the below view of the purchase order

screenshot-2023-09-27-111037.png

however, from that place, I can't do anything - nor adobe icons for download/save don't pop-up, neither the invoice pop-up in the new window (as far as I know, this is how it should works properly - one of these two options).

I use SAP GUI for Windows 7.60 (patch 12) and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 20.009.20063

Thank you for your help

Hi pablojua, thanks for your instructions.

The don't have NEU - we use our internal output type for purchase orders. Anyway, when I try it, it is being created but not processed

I am not able to display originals

Dear mareksie06,

To preview and print the purchase order , follow the path below:

  1. Call transaction ME23N and enter the PO Number - The most recent Purchase Order you viewed will appear by default. Click the “Select Document” icon, and then enter the PO number of the purchase order you would like to find.
  2. Click “Other Document” when the PO number has been entered.
  • Click in Services for object > Attachment list > Select icon PO > Export > Save

If the option is not available, follow the steps below:

Go to ME23N - Change Pur. Order Output > Messages > Communication method > NEU > Print Output > LOCL > Print immediately > send immediately (when saving application)

Thanks,

BR

Hello colleagues, I am also looking for the possibility to print directly from the preview of the already printed document with the print icon of the viewer. This works for an order confirmation, but not for a PO. What is the philosophy behind this functionality?
