pause counter in service workflow SAP FSM

Hello everyone

Im working on creating service workflows, i want to add a ''pause'' step in my service workflow and counting the time of pause and add it in the intervention report.

can any one help me in this step, what should i change in the screen type or in the recording

Hi Aziz,

You can consider using "Work Finished"  as it will stop recording the time counter.

Note: It will create one Time Effort entry, it doesn't mean that the whole is completed and doing checkout. For the rest of work, you need to configure your next step as it will start recording for another time entry.

If you need only one time entry with breaktime as it can be recorded in manual time entry. I recommend you use Pause step to mark the beginning of break time and Continue button to calculate the duration of break time. You will need two udfs (start_of_break and duration_of_break) and one BR. Then update your time effort entry at the checkout as it will look like break time on manual entries. (another BR)
