past alerts are not display in amon1

Hi All,

We are implemented Data base alerts in Demand Planning. our problem is when we run the background job we are able to view the future alerts in amon1 view but past alerts are not display in amon1 view is their any setting missing. Please updated us.

And also we are able to view past and future alert in SDP94 but we are unable view the past alerts in /n/sapapo/amon1 alert monitor tab but we are able to view only future alerts in /n/sapapo/amon1 alerts monitor tab.

Please update me.

Hi Rakesh,

In the Overall Profile - please check the time horizon under Periods section which has been maintained for which alerts will be displayed. You can specify the time horizon in Absolute Time Interval section and re-determine the alerts to confirm if they are visible now.
