partial Usage decision not triggering to EWM

Hi All,

We are in S4 HANA 2021, PO is created example with 100 Qty GR done and inspection lot created. record results done.

I am posting the Partial qty in EWM inspection in QA32. But when I see the stock its posting for complete qty not partial.

Could you please help me if any changes need in follow up actions.

Hi,

In UD screen, you must separate line item as 2 line and define how many stock will be transfer to UR/ Block

Hi Wanchaloem,

Thanks for the reply issue has been solved its Material master data issue from QM side. One more point what I observed is if partial qty need to be approved or reject we need to enter the qty and need to click on follow-up actions and also, we should not give the UD in the initial QA32 screen.

if all qty needs to be approved or reject just enter the UD in the initial QA32 screen.
