Partial Quantity Not Transferring into Unrestricted & Block in embedded EWM S/4HANA 2020

Dear EWM Expert

I have setup embedded EWM S/4Hana 2020 and facing an issue on a very basic scenario e.g. I have created purchase order for quantity 100 EA, received goods from supplier of quantity 100 EA and post goods receipt in the EWM via transaction /SCWM/PRDI with reference of LE Delivery. Stock has received in the Quality stock type. After Quality test I found 05 EA are defected and same is require to send back to supplier so first I have to record Usage Decision (UD) through QA32, I am posting stock quantity 95 EA into unrestricted and 05 EA to Block stock type but system not transferring 05 EA into Block stock type and transferring full quantity of 100 EA into unrestricted stock type. Secondly, another relevant scenario with QM that in some business cases while performing UD I have to post Sample consumption quantity as well thus how to do this?

Note:

1) I am using Inspection Type "01" i.e. assigned in material master

2) Inspection Rule is not using in my case

3) Follow-up Action have already maintained and assigned

4) Attached snap shot for all steps perfuming

Please help to resolve this issue or guide me steps of system setting maybe I am doing something wrong from myself. Thanks in advance to all expert!!!!

1- Post GR via EWM with reference of LE Delivery

2- Stock received in Quality stock type

3- Performing UD, inspection lot showing in QA32

4- Posting stock from Quality to Unrestricted & Block stock type

5- After UD posting all quantity 100 EA move into unrestricted and 05 not transfer in Block stock type

it seems something went wrong in Ud. while making UD we make accepted quantity and blocked quantity. Please check did you give correct input
