Partial goods receipt from Nested HU.

Hello Experts

I have two HUs for one product and BUoM is EA.

Packaging specification...

1 EA= 1 CARTON (HU)

10 CARTONS= 1 PALLET (HU)

I have posted one inbound delivery for 12 EA, System created two pallets HUs...

Pallet 1= 10 Cartons

Pallet 2 =02 Cartons

Here i was expecting system should create 02 Cartons HUs instead of partial pallet i.e. Pallet 2 which contains 02 Cartons

Please suggest is it standard behavior of system or need further configuration.
