Hello everyone,
I am new to SAP and I am having some trouble with creating partial deliveries, what I want to do is create ONE SINGLE SALES ORDER with ONE ITEM LINE (10) which has, for example, a quantity of 5 pieces. Then, what I would like to do is create first a delivery of 3 of these items and create all the process (deliver, GI, billing) and after that do the same for the rest.
Please, could you detail it step by step? I am having a lot of issues.
- Do I have to create a batch split?
- Should I create 2 lines from the same material in the sales order?
- Why I get the message " delivery has not yet been put away / picked (completely)"?
- Why I get the message " Full delivery required " when trying to set a minor delivery quantity in the first delivery?
- Why I get the message " No delivery-relevant items in order X, order type ZOR" if I have created a delivery for a minor quantity than the one in the sales order? Should I create 2 lines?
This is just for testing contracts conditions, I would like to create a contract condition for the 1st delivery and then change it and apply the changes to the 2nd condition. IT IS JUST ERROR TESTING, of course it is not the way this should be done.
Thank you very much in advance;
