Parameter to control putaway to reserve or primary bin

Hi All,

Please help me out in the below scenario.

I have 5 primary bin and 5 reserve bin with Maximum bin weight as 10 KG each bin.

Now, I will receive 20 KG which will accommodate in 2 primary bin and next 10 KG I want to move it to reserve bin.

May I know what will be the parameter to control the maximum weight for the primary bin storage type?

so that i cant move the product to reserve.

Hi, you can control maximum qty in the storage type in Material master on "Storage type" tab. (tcode /scwm/mat1 or you can do it in /scwm/mon )

Hi,

you can set the max weight in the bin master data or the customizing for the storage bin types. However, you requirements sounds like the parameters for max number of bins might be useful too (storage type customizing).
