Packing EWM

When billing out a finished goods sto intra in EWM, when we enter into (ZLOG_DIRECTLOAD - Direct loading after production) and begin the automatic pick and pack process, the pick process completes, but the Pack process does not start or only packs half of the HU's. We have to repack all HU's 1 by 1. No one can explain why it happens. It's intermittent. It has become a common problem. No one can shed light on a fix or root cause. Any ideas? This creates a major issue and cost valuable time to fix. Usually causes production down time.

Hi Randy, I guess it is better to ask your developers, ZLOG_DIRECTLOAD is not a standard transaction. Maybe locking issue, maybe something else.
