Packaging Specification not working for Transfer Posting inbounds (311 movement on S4)

Hello , I have a query regarding packaging specifications.

Issue Description: I have maintained a material 's packaging specification to create HU during Inbound (Vendor receipts for example)

Delivery EL / ELN is created correctly with Hus and respective tasks depending on POSC.

Transfer Posting created for same material movement type 311 (moving from IM location to EWM) The Inbound Delivery does not gets created as it get stuck in SMQ2 with Error message "Automatic packing with packaging specification ********* was canceled "
*** - represents the packaging specification number.

Could you please let me know if there is a way to allow system to do packing for Transfer posting also?
