Over picking / PGI in EWM

Hello,

Using RF, when I want to pick more than requested quantity, how can I set the exception code in EWM?

In addition, can I post goods issue with the over picked quantity in EWM?

Hi,

Yes you can over pick the delivery item and post goods issue for the over picked quantity.

You should use the related exception code on RF while you are picking the stock. (eg: DIFS). The exception code must be available for your business context.

Then the 'process code' (eg: O002) should be linked to the exception code that you will use.

These customizing will help you to confirm the warehouse task with over quantity then after the confirmation of WT immediately process code will be triggered to update delivery item quantity.

This helped solve my problem as well! One note, if you want to apply the Delivery Adjustment process for all your Delivery Item types, just type "****" in the Item Type field on the second screen above.

Hello, once you have adjusted the ewm delivery quantity were you able to automatically Send the notification to S4 delivery to Update the quantity.

As when we use desktop to perform the same function we need to click on “Outbound delivery “ icon in the item level to send the notification to S4 delivery to zero out after using the process code O002
