Outbound Delivery status overview A

Dears,

I am facing some issues regarding outbound delivery when I do Good issue after complete all steps of outbound delivery like picking complete as well as smoothly good issue complete then sometime I got status overview A, Instead of C

Please help me about this transaction issue.

Do you have EWM in the process? If yes, are the final deliveries (OD / FDO) created?

Yes we are using ewm then PRDO for good iasue
