Outbound delivery ---Not appearing in Packing tab

I have created a outbound delivery from a Sales Order .

After that I go to transaction to VL02n . As per knowledge when I click on the "Pack" icon .The material should should appear on the Material to be packed tab .

But it was not happening so .Can anybody suggest how to find the error .

This section is blank .As per my knowledge , shouldn't this material be displayed .Where am I going wrong .

VL02n is not part of EWM, /scwm/prdo or /scwm/prdi is a part of ewm. Could you change your tags please
