Outbound delivery is stuck in "C" status in S4 with embedded EWM

Hi,

I am having an issue with deleting an outbound delivery that was previously distributed to EWM. Here are the steps that we did

(1) Created an outbound delivery

(2) Distributed to EWM

(3) Failed in EWM due to missing Item type mapping

(4) Now rejected the OBD in EWM, and also clicked on reset status accidentally

(5) Now the OBD is stuck with "C" status and I am not able to change the status using the FM /SPE/DELV_RESET_DIST_STATUS. The delivery qty is zeroed out. But the issue is the sales order is still showing that the delivery qty is confirmed and I am not able to delete the delivery due the "C" status.

My question is how can reset the status from "C" to a status that can give an option to delete the delivery?

Thanks for all the suggestions

Hi Suresh,

I am not sure about the scenario in Embedded EWM, but with a decentral EWM rejecting the OBD zeroes out the ERP delivery line (exactly as you have written).

From there you should be able to create a new delivery in ERP and transfer it to EWM.

Best regards

Andreas

Hi Suresh,

Have you created a delivery for ERP after resetting the quantity in the delivery order ?

1) If you have not created a delivery yet, you can correct the quantity again using the process code.

2) If you have created one, you can correct the quantity and deleting the delivery.

Finally you can picking and goods issue.

There will also be an issue of goods at the ERP level.
