Outbound Customer demand value =0 even if Consensus demand have value

Dear Expert,

I use the standard sample planning area.

in the SOP 050 Supply Plan heuristics planning view,

the Consensus demand is ready.

But after TS Supply plan heuristics run,

No output in the outbound customer demand

Also no Dependent Customer demand as below

for the master data type , I already maintain the customer source , the customer source ration = 1

Does any other MDT/KF missing?

Hi,

There could be multiple issues. Start with checking if Location Product combination - 6210 | IBP-100 is maintained in Location Product MDT and subnetwork is specified against it. Make sure you execute supply planning on that subnetwork.
