Orders are shifting backwards automatically in planning board after PPDS Heuristics

Hi Experts,

We have seen multiple case in system that Planned orders are shifting backwards in planning board automatically after PPDS Heuristics. The thing we have noted that time which it is shifting back is same as the setup time of that particular order.

This is not happening to all the orders/ products/ resource. Please let me know what could be the reason for the same? And how can we avoid such issues
