We have carried forward unused budget correctly from 2019 to 2020, however for certain orders it has only carried forward the unused budget into 2020, but still within the previous years investment program. So if you want to edit supplements you still need to do it via 2019 investment program, not 2020.
So it appears certain projects/order groups were not carried over to the new year investment program.
