order beased planning customer order

Hello,

I have a customer order of 10 pc in my OBP PA.

The confirmation run considered this order of the and confirmed me the pc. But the heuristik run ignore this.

the customer order is in the kf "sales order (requested)". the forecastconsumption profile is managed also the product allocation profile.

the segment rules are also fine. demand type are fcst and S_ORD.

The heurisitc considered forecast values but not the customer order. the log message is "no Primary demand"

thanks for the response.

But what are the input keyfigure of the Heuristik/ Optimzer , the input keyfigure of the confirmation run and of the deployement.

If you talk about the OBP Constrained forecast run as the heuristics you mention, it does not consider sales orders only forecast.
