Order based Planning: Quotas for multiple plants

Hello,

we have to plants. 1010 and 1020.

we have our forecast in 1010 e.g. 100 pc.

now we want manuell divide the 100 pc betwen the two plants. e.g. 60 pc in 1010 and 40 pc and 1020. in the TS we have quotas and ratios.

You have to create a source of supply profile. there you set either you procure by priority list or quotas. In your case you want quota. Then in the ECC/S4 IBP prod-loc maintenance you assign the source of supply profile you maintained to the prod loc and triggger SDI integration to load the IBP specific MD settings. The keyfigures as Girish shared above would then be enabled and you'd start maintaining the minimum quota values at least.

Take note IBP response quotas do not behave like you mentioned and does not split sourcing but rather distribute it over the time period specified.
