Order-based planning in IBP: time-based aggregation?

Hello,

We have been heavily using CTM in APO, and while we were quite happy with this engine, there were a few shortfalls of functionality. One of them is time-based aggregation of planning results. We have even consulted with Balaji Gaddam from SAP, but at the end no standard solution could do the work for us.

Does order-based planning in IBP do time-based aggregation better than CTM in APO?
