Tried archiving the production order using report PPARCHP1 and PRARCHP1 as mentioned in link.
But got above issue. Have put deletion flag for the order. Any idea.
Request clarification before answering.

Check in transaction SARA/CO78 -> Button Customizing -> Archiving Object-Specific Customizing -> Technical Settings

- Then find and click the Logical Path ARCHIVE_GLOBAL_PATH in the tree "Logical Path Definition" -> double click "Assignment of Physical Paths to Logical Path":
- Here you can find the setting of physical path in this case is:

Physical path <P=DIR_GLOBAL>/<FILENAME>
The F1 help (Performance Assistant) for "Physical path" is defined as below:
D:\GLOBAL\ARCHIVE\<PARAM_1>\<FILENAME>
C:\TMP\<FILENAME>
/usr/<SYSID>/local/tmp/<CLIENT>/<FILENAME>
The error message BA235 here is caused by the directory separator '/'.
