OPTIMIZER RUN FAILED DUE TO VSR OPTIMIZER /SCMTMS/PLN_BGD010

The system tried to call the vehicle scheduling and routing (VSR) optimizer but failed

The VSR optimizer run was aborted. 

 I Have checked in rcc_cust ,rcc_verision,

everything seems like ok

but no able to go further

Whenever your Optimizer run Fails you always need to check 3 thing.

1. Resource master

2. Lane Master
3. Zone Master

Based on the above 3 things Generally Optimizer fails, possible reason - Cost too high, Couldn't able to find lane/Resource.
