Optimizer planning in SAP TM

Hello,

I'm facing an issue with optimizer, after selecting the freight unit and the resource concerned, once i clicked on Optimizer planning-> selected resources only. the optimizer do not work and the freight order is not generated.

Could you help me please on this subject?

You need to assign a profile to your planning profile, see profile assignments.

Issue solved, there was some misalignement between the transportation duration defined in the transportation lane and the route defined in the sales order

Do you have Constraints and Costs Settings profile in your planning profile?
Costs of non- Delivery must be set with high costs, see screenshot.

It can be multiple reasons, hopefully this will help.
