Operation schedule in SAP PP/DS

We have a case when the order has 2 or more operations (for example, 0010, 0020, 0030). In the ppds planning board (transaction /n/sapapo/cdps0), when we move the operation 20 to the future, the operation 30 also move to the future automatically because this operation has to be after the operation 20; but the operation 0010 still in their original place. Is there any automatic way (configuration, heuristics, etc) that allow the operation 0010 move close to the operation 20 when we move this last operation?

This is interesting. We have to do some try out. So after you move op 0020 (and 0030) in future, fix them. After this select the resources of the operation 0010, 0020 and 0030 and run some scheduling Heuristics like enhance backward scheduling with infinite mode strategy.
