Open quantity available in PO to create IBD = 0

Good day all!

I am new in this SAP community. Wanted to see if there is anyone in here that might be able to help or put me in the right direction.

When I want to do the GR in SAP fiori. I see that this: 'Qty Avil... (Open qty in available in PO to create IBD)' = 0.

Because of this, I can not update the 'IBD Qty' to the value '2'.  

Does any one have had this before?
