Hi Team,
There are the old orders
That are technically completed in R3 , still we are getting in CCR
I don't want these orders in inconstancy report in APO
But As these orders are 7-8 years old i m getting lots of error while deleting from APO but its already tech completed
how to remove these orders form CCR

Request clarification before answering.
Hello,
TECOed / Closed orders are not relevant for Delta Report. The issue can happen due to inconsistent AUFK entries. In standard Delta Report3 uses table AUFK as the basis for order selection. The most relevant field is IDAT2, which should be updated when order is TECOed or Closed.
•You can revoke the status TECO/CLSD from COR2/CO02 and then set it again. This usually brings the table AUFK to a consistent situation.
•In case there're too many orders involved, you can use the attached report PPSFC187.
From SAP KBA 1837546 - Delta Report3 shows TECOed / Closed orders as "Missing in APO"

Hi abhijeet_shirke,
Please try these and let me know whether your query is resolved.
You can delete the production order in created status in APO using transaction /n/sapapo/rlcdel, select the required categories for deletion.
Once the order gets deleted in APO, it will get deleted automatically from ECC also. If not the transaction /sapapo/ccr can be used, which will remove it upon iteration.
Alternatively, if you carry out techo in ECC for a production order which is released, once after delting in ECC, queues needs to be cleared and then subsequently /sapapo/ccr to be run for production orders, so that it will get cleared from APO also upon iteration.
Cheers,
Luis
