ODT30 Customs Clearance

Hello.
In the Standard TM Visibility Process there is an Expected Event for Customs Clearance.
I want to capture this event, preferably via an electronic message from the external Customs office. Or is this a clerical process where somebody has to input the clearance date/time into TM (or EM) ?

In my scenario, the shipper uses an LSP to arrange international shipping. I guess GTS might be used by the LSP but not the Shipper.

Hello Zenon,

as far as i remember this event was thought to be reported by Global Trade Service(GTS) solution if you have that integrated with TM.

But it should be no problem if you use it for messages that come from external.
