OD blocked due to Over picking

Hello Experts,

I have an issue with  ODO. Let say I have an Outbound delivery order with 100 ea   picking request . I have picked only 100 ea but when I check my ODO item its blocked due to Over picking status.

Please help me on How to solve this .

Hi Balu

Order qty =100, Picked qty =100, Over picking status? strange

Did you check the log?

If there is nothing in the log, raise an OSS message to SAP

Hi Balu,

are you using any POSC for your product ( HU ) ? if this is the case , where you are moving this picked qty?

If you are moving the qty, check the capacity of the destination bin.

are you checking the ODO after confirming the picking request 'or' in the middle of the process?

In addition to above reply, please check WAVE capacity profile, if you are processing ODO with WAVE.

some times, this also cause the errors.

Thanks for quick reply.

We don't use waves for this process. This is caused due to status inconsistency.

Can you display the ODO in transaction /SCWM/PRDO. Then click on button "check". This forces that the delivery is checked again.

Do you then get an error message or does the ODO status switches to "green"? (if it switches to green do not forget to save it).

In case you get an error message what does it say?
