NPI- Forecast Product for new customer based on history of existing customer

Hi All,

I am working on a scenario where product sold to one customer will be introduced to another customer in future.

Set up a NPI profile with a reference of Same Product with Current customer to new customer but forecast was generated with zero quantities.

Level : Product ID

Launch Dimension: Customer ID

Hi Mani,

Make sure you run the forecast at launch dimension(Customer ID in this case) and product ID level to generate the result.

Hi Mani,

Can you please confirm if the forecast model which you are running, has "Consider Product Lifecycle Information" checkbox marked?
