Novo Cenário para o EWM

Dear, Good afternoon! I'm starting to design a new scenario for the client where I'm working to meet a legal demand and not impact the EWM.

The Company needs to inform the tax authority of information about its inventory and it included in the system through a portable device, reading the invoice, the materials that had not yet physically arrived at the company.

Then, users were instructed to block these fictitious materials, when the materials actually arrived at the company, almost two months after the system of the material, the EWM did not allow to launch the materials as the period was already closed. As this scenario occurs frequently at the client, I decided to generate a new type of process for receiving materials, within this scenario.

I created a new deposit in the MM (Mat em Transit), I enter it, execute the receipt and entry of material through MIGO and when the material actually arrives at the company I make a transfer through MIGO, using the movement type 311 to send the material to the warehouse managed by the EWM. When I save MIGO, a new receipt document is generated, but it remains in the status of “Not Started”, and I cannot transfer the material to the center administered by the EWM. How should I proceed?
