Notify workcenter responsible

Hello SAP-masters

Our work orders often require different teams to performe work in relationship to each operation. Problem is we cant figure out how to notify the next team when the previous operation is time confirmed and completed. How can we set up SAP PM so the the system automatically notify the next person responsible for an operation on a work order?
