I want to send the notification to the supplier (by email) with shipping information (materials, total quantity, weight, carrier...) after planning the transportation. How can I do that?

There are some ways what you want. One of them is using a determination which is trigger point "Before Save" or "After Commit" in BOPF.
Use a method SEND_MAIL in /SCMTMS/CL_COMMON_HELPER when sending a eamil.
