Notification (Incident section) is not showing up in the mobile screens

Hi all,

we are not able to see the section Incident in the mobile app. According to Proaxia, this data is stored in the table Incident. If we query the table we can see the notification data but this is not displayed in the mobile screens. Is there anything else to activate/check?

Hi,

thanks for your answer. I am able to see a list of Incidents in the android app when I choose the equipment of the activity but I could not find this section in any other screen of the Activity. Furthermore, I could not change the customizing of the fields to be displayed. Do you know if it is possible to customize the fields and put this section somewhere else.

Please find here the documentation regarding Incident Data on Mobile:

This feature is currently only available for iOS and Android but not for Windows.

Please check the permission group settings of the respective user to ensure that permission for Incident DTO is grated. Also the Incidents have to be linked to either a Business Partner, an Equipment or a Service Call and therefore that base Object also has to be on the device.
