Not able to turn the Fair-share on once it is turned off in Finite Heuristic S&OP profile

Hello,

I am not able to turn the Fair-share on once it is turned off in Finite Heuristic S&OP profile.

Please suggest me how to turn the fair-share option on again.

Dear bindhu.konidala, could you please double-check that you are in "Edit" mode, instead of "Display" mode.
I ask this because your original screenshot (see hereunder) ...

... looks exactly like "Display" mode. I can reproduce it on my system, "Display" mode would look like this:

Note that the the color of number 2 (Segments for Non-Delivery) is full black, just like in your screenshot.
Whereas "Edit" mode would look like this (now Fair-Share Distribution is toggleable from OFF to ON):

Note that, in "Edit" mode, the color of number 2 (Segments for Non-Delivery) is greyed out while Fair-Share Distribution is toggled OFF.

If the above does not solve the issue, could you please try to create a new S&OP Operator Profile of Algorithm Type "TS-Based Supply Heuristic", Primary Parameters: Heuristic Type "Finite Heuristic", see if the issue persists and share with us the findings.

Actually it happened because that time there is some IBP system malfunction, after few days it worked.
