Not able to reverse TO even Quant available in LQUA table against delivery

Dear Experts,

Greetings!

Could you please suggest me on the below .
Step1: With reference to PO outbound delivery created with 641 movement type and PGI not yet done.
Step2: With reference to delivery TO created with 601 movement type delivery number shown as destination bin.
Step3: When try to reverse this TO with LT0G Tcode lock symbol appearing against delivery but i have checked LQUA table quant is available against delivery.

if quant not available i would have followed steps suggested in KBA 1459764. but LQUA table quant is available against delivery still lock showing .

Could you please suggest what needs to be done to remove lock symbol against delivery while doing LT0G process.

As far as I understood, the quants are available in the 916 storage type for the delivery. If so, you should follow the steps listed in the 1459764 - Cannot cancel a TO using LT0G as items are locked note. To my knowledge LT0G looses the link between quant in the 916 storage type and the delivery if the quant is moved after picking.

The technical reason is that LT0G gets the quant number from the delivery picking transfer order. If you move the picked quant, the quant number changes. That is breaking the link and makes LT0G display padlock icon.
