Not able to confirm few sales order lines using APO BOP job

Hello Experts,

We have a BOP job running that confirms sales orders requirements in ECC, most of the sales orders lines are confirmed but everyday few of them are not confirmed.

Running BOP job manually for same selected product is also not working. Other sales order for same product is confirmed. We are using fixed pegging scenario and the expectation is to have the PR date of APO pegged receipt to show in ECC sales order.

Hi Tibor,

I stopped queues today using /sapapo/c4 to debug.

The product has 6 sales orders, and only 4 queues are generated. 2 orders which come in red status (all 3 reds) in BOP logs don't even have queues.Is there anything you can recommend to check?

Dear Agam,

as BOP is very complex due to the high number of settings and considered data amount this kind of confirmation issues can have high number of reasons. The best would be if you could find a reproducible example with a BOP variant and create an incident for Product Support.
