Non MRP storage location deliveries are visible in APO RRP3 and consumes current physical stocks

Hi Guru's,

Non MRP storage location stock is delivered to customer and we can see the deliveries in APO .

Non-MRP storage location stock should not visible as its nearer to shelf life expiration.

Please suggest why deliveries are visible in RRP3 and deliveries are consuming existing stock and creates problem for Heuristics run.

It will be really helpful if we can know the answer.
