No source of supply found in subcontractor in CTM...

In CTM planning results getting the following message...

The procurement type of the product at the subcon location is 'X'.

T-Lane is ok.

PDS is ok.

Any ideas why we are getting this message and no orders being generated?

Please refer SAP note 855229 - FAQ : Capable-to-Match (CTM) planning

Question: Does CTM support subcontracting scenario?

Answer: CTM only supports subcontracting with source location. If you want to use subcontracting within your CTM planning run, you have to model the source location and you have to create the products for your supplier locations. Notice that subcontracting works only for PPMs and orders of type PP/DS before release SCM 4.0. Since release SCM 4.0 it also works for SNP.
