No Resource Capacity after Real-Time Integration (RTI)

Hello everyone,

I am implementing IBP with Order based planning using real time integration and a SAP7F planning area with flexible master data.
After I run my integration job for master data and transactional data, everything gets correctly transferred except for the available capacity of the work center (the production resource). Under business meaning app in IBP, I have a mapping for Resource and under Real time integration profile app, I have mapped the key figure as in the screenshot below:

he capacity of the work center is maintained in S/4HANA. The resource itself is correctly transferred as master data object to IBP, but the available capacity in terms of time (hour, minute, second, etc) is not at all.

Any help will be highly appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.

Hello Vanessa,

Girish is right and you have to review the settings maintained in tr. code CFC9
There is also one more thing. You should check and enable your 'External Capacity' checkbox from your work center header settings in S/4HANA -> APO Resource -> Standard Capacity -> Enable checkbox for External Capacity.

You need to maintain some settings in CFC9 transaction in ERP side to enable this.
