Good morning,
When our Transport Planners are using the Transportation Cockpit, they were getting error messages which state, "No Optimization Server Available". These messages are then being prefixed with TVSS when creating Freight Orders and TSPS when in the Freight Order and attempting to assign Carriers.
We have refreshed our server, created new scheduled jobs to clear cache/log entries overnight, yet this issue is occurring daily since Monday AM.
We had a system outage on Sunday for system re-architecture which seems to be the driver for this issue, however we are struggling to identify the root cause and correct it.
This is affecting our Operations team when trying to ship loads.
Would anyone have any advice relating to the Optimization Server and this issue?
