No message triggered when publishing an RFQ

Hi there

I'm trying to setup the integration between S4HANA 202 TM and LBN-FC option. I have created a tendering plan, created an RFQ and published that RFQ.

Based on the following document a message should be generated (step 2). I'm not getting any message generated

I have done the follwing:

1) Assign the CRM010 role to my carrier

2) Create a BP with Contact Person role

3) Assign the BP with contact person role to my Carrier

4) My transportation lane have the corresponding carrier

5) My FO type is relevant for subcontracting and has "Use Default Settings" in the Tendering settings section.

6) The technical guy has configured several services and TransportationOrderQuotationCreateRequest_Out is one of them.

HAs anyone experienced a similiar scenario?
