Hi

we are having error msg 'No liveCache anchor found' at loading a newly created product code in SDP94 planning book (PA 9ASNP02). For the other products it's working well. What can be wrong there? i ran report /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_PLOB_DELTA_SYNC but it didn't give any output. Thanks for any input.

Hello,

You get the error message /SAPAPO/TSM 207: 'No liveCache anchor found'.

Please use report /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_CONS_CHECK to determine and correct the inconsistencies for a planning area ('Repair' option) with LC anchor.

You can schedule daily job for this report.

Best Regards,

Thank you R! I'm getting the messages in output log but not sure how to fix them or are they relevant to my issue... as i m having this issue on 1 product only.

Hello,

Please check if you have executed report /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_CONS_CHECK for your planning area and planning version with all option tick.

After that check the planning book data load for same planning area and planning version.

i was not able to finish the program run with all the options ticked due to a 'Resource Shortage' runtime error.

Dear Klif,

in addition to the very relevant reply of R.Brahmankar please check your settings regarding auto creation of time series. The setting can be found in transaction spro node "Maintain Global SNP Settings". For each SNP profile there can be different settings for field "TS: Aut. Update". You can either set it to "Update Time Series Automatically" for all SNP profiles (as it is not sure which is used in the variants) or run initialization regularly or consistency check proposed by R.Brahmankar.

Thank you Nico! when I check the setting, it's already set to 'update time series automatically'
