hi guru's

while doing mrko when i execute with vendor and company code i get this error

Message no. M8702

There are no documents that comply with your selection criteria.

You can enter new selection criteria or exit processing

please help me solve the issue.

You should have goods issue document ready before carrying out MRKO for your vendor and company code.

This is not error- you should keep goods issue document with your vendor and company code.

Why cannot try MRKO with only company code as input parameter!
