No BOM in Production Order

Dear all

I have a problem about production order.

process:

master(Material/bom/routing/purchase information/transaction)  CIF generated (from R3->APO)

input planning data in R3->APO->SNP heuristics(SNP background heuristics/or SDP94)->Plan order->Transfer to R3 to convert to Production order

=>Result :

some production order has no BOM,even has prod.version in product order,no BOM master in product order.

Anyone know the reason?PDS or product master or CIF has no problem.

Hi Yuan

As you have already mentioned that master data is correct, cross check:

• Validity of BOM and production order dates. It might be that BOM is valid from 30th June but you are trying to create production order before this date.
• BOM is not active (check whether it doesn't have inactive status)
• Check whether it is valid for this lot size.
