Hi Experts,
In CCR we are getting error No active integration model exists in R/3 for confirmation for some products..When I checked the integration model for those products, Integration model does not exist for Purchase order for these products. Also the products are set as MRP Type ND in ECC 3 years before. Now while delivery is getting created in ECC we are getting No active integration model exists in R/3 in CCR.I am not getting why we are getting this error.

Hi Ayaskant,
It can be a special case like some one unknowingly added the material in IM and later the IM deleted or some other reason.
If you get this kind of error No active integration model exists in R/3? then you can activate the IM and again deactivate the IM for the Product/Location.
ATP check will be performed in ECC itself.
It is not necessary that only X0 materials are CIF'd to APO. We can transfer most of the material (MRP types). Only differentiate in Planning.
Thanks,
BK.

Hi,
Check below:
Now if I understood correctly, you are creating a delivery in ECC for a material which has MRP type ND. When you do CCR it shows you a message "No active integration model exists in R/3 in CCR", right? If yes, check second point mentioned above and you will understand what's the reason for this message. SO is the one which takes care for deliveries but not PO check box.
F1 help from CFM1 for PO
"If you work with stock transport orders or stock transport scheduling agreements, you must transfer the associated deliveries ('Sales Orders' indicator) beforehand or in the same integration model."

Hi Rhaul,
I got what you have suggested.I have checked and also IM for SO for these products are also inactive.
As I know CCR compares data between ECC and APO and If there is any inconsistency it will show in CCR screen.
But If IM for SO is inactive and MRP Type in ECC is ND,then CCR should not pick the deliveries and shown them as error.Am I right?

HI
Yes, logically that's the case but do you see the same delivery in APO in RRP3? If yes then you need to check how it reached APO without CIF model for this material. Is there any development, exit active which is triggering this? Are you sure that this is a newly created delivery but not a 3year old delivery?

Rahul
Hi Rahul,
Thanks for the quick reply.
I have checked and the delivery is not visible in APO in RRP3.
Yes,I am sure this delivery has been created on 2nd of October 2015.
Also adding few more points.
1.Also IM for products is inactive.
If IM is inactive for PO,SO and also for product and delivery is not also present in APO RRP3, then why in CCR it is showing error? And what are the fields taken for comparison in CCR in case of this scenario so that it is showing error No active integration model exists in R/3?
BR,
Ayaskant
What does this bold mean? There is no active IM for PO & SO objects? Or are you saying active IM is there but this material is not part of that model?
If IM is inactive for PO,SO and also for product and delivery is not also present in APO RRP3, then why in CCR it is showing error?
Plus, are you creating IM per product?
1.Also IM for products is inactive.

Rahul
Hi Rahul,
For the 1st Question:
Active integration model is there but these materials are not part of it.
Means while I enter the materials in CFM5 to see whether IM exist for these materials or not then I am getting no IM exist.
For 2nd Question:
We are transferring changes for master data(product) and also for transction data(SO,PO) by process chain. So not creating IM for single single product.
So again coming to previous question:
If IM is inactive for some materials with PO and SO and No orders(Including Delivery) are visible in APO
RRP3, then why in CCR screen it is showing error? And what are the fields taken for comparison in CCR in case of this scenario so that it is showing error No active integration model exists in R/3?

Ayaskant
Hi Pradhan
Activate integration model in cfm1 by giving Mrp type as ND for material and coreesponding objects .
But as your doing CCR i dont think that by activating i model as ND will help . If you are planning material in APO then it is mandatory that MRP type should be X0. change MRP type as X0 and try these if it not works with Mrp type ND.
